Why Every Step Counts

More people than ever in our local community are facing challenges with their mental health. Often it can be our friends, family, and neighbours. Your £10 entry fee and fundraising efforts helps to pay forward to others across Devon who need vital mental health support, ensuring every step helps others take their first step, too.

“I could feel myself relapsing, going towards a breakdown again and I needed to get out and find something to do so I started walking. My mum suggested the men’s wellbeing walk and I enjoy coming here each week and seeing the blokes. It’s nice to be around people who understand.”
