Here at Step One Charity, we believe that our values apply to both staff and the people who come to us for support. We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.

    We empower people to reach their full potential by providing compassionate, person-centered support and services that are tailored to each individual’s needs, giving them the support they need to learn and grow. This includes giving space to make mistakes.
