Emotional Resilience Training introduces practical tools and analogies, such as the Watercourse and Sunflower, to help participants recognise different levels of emotional distress and the factors that support ongoing wellbeing. The course explores how stress builds, how we respond to it, and how to develop a sustainable self-care plan to manage challenges more effectively.
