Our breath is a powerful tool for restoring balance, yet we often take it for granted. When stress, anxiety, and tension build up, our breathing patterns change, affecting both our body and mind. By learning to work with our breath, we can cultivate a sense of calm, improve focus, and enhance overall wellbeing.
