Self-Funded Community Support

Our self-funded community support is designed to bridge the gap for people who may not be able to access traditional funding methods, but still require personalised mental health or wellbeing support.

Community based support

Where possible, the support offered will be community-based, focusing on building and reinforcing your links with the local community and encouraging you to play an active role in it. We are flexible to your needs – tell us what you want and we will find an approach to suit you.

Who can access this service?

This service is currently available to people aged 18 and over living in Devon, specifically in Exeter, Newton Abbot, and surrounding areas. “I’m glad to have Steve as support. Even when I have psychosis he treats me as an equal. Money management from banking to everyday expenditure. New recipes to cook, dishes I’ve never tried before. I feel more secure with Steve by my side.”
