People across the county are struggling right now. One conversation, one hour, one act of kindness from you could change their entire day, maybe even their life.
As a Step One Volunteer, you’ll be helping to support people on their journey to manage their mental health and wellbeing and to live more independently.
Gardening is such an important part of my life. It helps with my own wellbeing and being able to share my knowledge and time. Showing others the benefits it can bring towards their own wellbeing is hugely fulfilling.
