Wellbeing@Work is a workplace mental health support service from Step One Charity. We provide practical strategies to support diverse wellbeing needs, promote healthier responses to stress, and foster a culture where everyone feels safe, valued, and included.
According to Ibid, recent research finds that, on average, there is a positive return on investment of around £5 for every £1 invested in mental health interventions in the workplace.
