About this free workshop

In the rush of daily life, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, distracted, or stuck in autopilot. Mindfulness offers a way to slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and cultivate a greater sense of calm and clarity.

Through guided exercises, practical strategies, and group discussions, you’ll learn how to integrate mindfulness into your everyday routine. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, and benefit from peer support.
