About this free course

Join us for a 8-week ‘Yoga4MentalHealth’ yoga course in Torbay, a collaboration between BeWell@StepOne and the Devon Mental Health Alliance. This inclusive programme offers both physical and mental health benefits and is open to all abilities and health conditions. Each session features adaptable postures and various levels, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported.

The course follows a weekly theme, introduction to breathing, warm up mobilizations, 35 minutes of poses in total, followed by relaxation, a formal breathing practice and an opportunity to ask questions and share your experience in a circle.
