We’ll uncover how the gut and brain communicate, the role of gut health in mood regulation, and how certain foods can boost mental clarity, reduce stress, and support emotional resilience. You’ll gain practical, easy-to-implement nutrition tips to nourish both body and mind, helping you feel more balanced and energised.
