Join us for a 6-week wellbeing yoga course in Paignton, a collaboration between BeWell@StepOne and the Devon Mental Health Alliance. This inclusive programme offers both physical and mental health benefits and is open to all abilities and health conditions. Each session features adaptable postures and various levels, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported.

These in-person courses run across six weekly sessions.
