With constant notifications, screen time pressures, and always-on communication, it’s easy to feel digitally drained or overwhelmed. Digital wellbeing offers practical ways to create healthier tech habits, regain balance, and feel more in control of your online life.
Through guided reflections, practical tools, and group discussions, you’ll also discover how technology can be harnessed positively from digital tools that support wellbeing to ways tech can help us connect, learn, and make a meaningful impact.
You’ll have the chance to connect with others, share experiences, and learn from collective insights.
