This two-hour online workshop provides a supportive space to explore the connection between stress, the nervous system, and overall wellbeing.
Stress is a natural part of life, but when pressures build and our nervous system remains in a prolonged state of alert, it can begin to affect our wellbeing, relationships, and ability to cope. Developing an understanding of how our nervous system responds to stress can help us recognise what we need and restore a greater sense of balance and resilience.
