Join us for a friendly 6-week yoga course to discover simple ways to support your physical and mental wellbeing through movement, breathing and relaxation.
This Yoga4Wellbeing 6 week programme supports NHS patients and non NHS patients to gain self-care skills by learning yoga breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques. No prior experience is needed, and the gentle stretching and strengthening yoga postures can be done in a chair or on a yoga mat. This is a PCI (Personalized Care Institute) standardized course.
The course follows a weekly theme, introduction to breathing, warm up mobilizations, 35 minutes of poses in total, followed by relaxation, a formal breathing practice and an opportunity to ask questions and share your experience in a circle.
