About this free workshop

Panic attacks and overwhelming anxiety can feel frightening—but you are not alone, and there are effective tools to help. Through gentle guidance and a supportive environment, you’ll build a toolkit of calming strategies to help you feel more in control when anxiety strikes. This workshop is suitable for anyone looking to better understand and manage their experiences with panic.
