About this free course

Over the six weeks of the course, you will work with trained facilitators to build your confidence and learn ways to help you better manage your long-term condition, including mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.

The programme helps you to focus on you as a person, and not as a long-term condition. It helps you to discover new strengths and rediscover old ones to keep yourself well. It also aims to boost your self-confidence and resilience, to help you cope better emotionally, psychologically and practically with your condition. This course is therapeutic, not therapy.

Thank you for running this course. It’s greatly appreciated that you have taken the time to run such a helpful and constructive course that will help me in managing my bipolar symptoms each day. After being unwell for over a year I am returning to work soon, and what you have taught us will help me in managing my condition as I return to health. Thank you again.

Fantastic tutors, very supportive and knowledgeable. A very helpful course, I would definitely recommend taking this course.
