12 Days of Wellmas with Step One

The importance of self-care over the festive season is being highlighted here at Step One, as our Christmas fairy takes over our social media to provide you with 12 ways to look after your mental health this Christmas.

From Sunday the 12th of December, she will be spreading the message of self-care on our social media pages to anyone struggling with their mental health over Christmas. She wants to remind everyone of the need to look after both physical and mental wellbeing as it can be difficult for many people.

The background of the social media posts will be accompanied by Step One’s Senior Business Services Manager, Amanda Malcolm, who will be singing an updated carol, the 12 Days of Wellmas. We encourage you to sing along with us too as the lyrics will be captioned in each post!
