Anxiety Peer Support Cafe – Online

This online peer support group encourages self-help strategies to support your wellbeing and help you to understand and reduce the impacts of anxiety on your day-to-day life.

Every Wednesday, 2pm – 4pm
Online via Zoom


Depression is when you feel persistently sad and unhappy for a long period of time and affects your everyday life.


Anxiety is a normal body response and we all experience feelings of anxiety whether we recognise it or not.

H.O.P.E for Anxiety and Depression Course

This is a 6-week online and in-person course designed to help people to cope better with their long-term health conditions.
