About our new All Welcome Wellbeing group
This online peer support group will take place online every Tuesday from 2pm to 4pm.
Run by two of our course trainers, Sharon and Dom, our ‘All Welcome Wellbeing’ group offers an opportunity to meet others virtually and share experiences with people who have had similar experiences.
For people who have attended one of our courses or workshops, this group will discuss the techniques they have previously learnt. For those who are new to BeWell@StepOne there will be the chance to develop self-management techniques to maintain good mental health.
Vitally, this group offers ongoing support from people who understand how you feel. Imagine having a group of friends who’ve faced similar challenges, who understand your ups and downs, and who are all committed to feeling better. That’s what this group is like. You’ll share experiences, learn positive coping mechanisms, and build genuine connections that go beyond the group sessions.
Everyone is welcome to join this group! It is open to everyone and free to join.
