
‘Good Care Month’ is hosted by Herts Good Care and has since grown into a nationwide awareness month honouring all of the brilliant work that care workers do daily. It was also created to enhance the public’s awareness of social care, encouraging people to consider it as a rewarding career option.
With an increase in the number of people in the UK with complex needs who require additional care, it is becoming apparent that there is a need to recruit and retain staff in the care sector.
To help us better appreciate how rewarding it is to care for and support individuals who are facing mental health difficulties, our Occupational Therapist, Clare, kindly answered some questions regarding her role at Cypress along with some general mental health questions.
