Understanding Depression Workshop

This workshop looks at information and self-help techniques to help cope with depression, for yourself or when helping to support others. It also looks at where to go for further help.

Managing Your Anger Course

This course is a 4-week online course that allows you to consider the emotions under your anger, develop coping strategies, and allows you to discuss your own experiences.

Torquay Wellbeing Walk

This peer support group takes place fortnightly on Fridays. The walk is designed to support our community in increasing their activity levels and building connections with each other and the environment.

October 3rd – 4th
Autumn Fair

Hosted at Exeter Cathedral, this fair showcases a wide variety of local traders.

Declutter Your Home and Mind Course

This 4 week online course will be divided into two sections, the first two weeks will include topics related to decluttering your home and the second 2 weeks will explore ways to help you with the decluttering of your mind.

October 7th – 8th
Festival of Flavours

Hosted at RHS Garden Rosemoor, this festival celebrates the bounty of autumn. Enjoy cooking demos, garden tours and the craft market.

Torquay Wellbeing Walk

This peer support group takes place fortnightly on Fridays. The walk is designed to support our community in increasing their activity levels and building connections with each other and the environment.

Harvest Festival

Hosted at Buckland Abbey, this event is an opportunity to learn more about the Abbey’s history as a working estate.

Health Anxiety Workshop

This two-hour workshop will provide you with information about health anxiety, including how to decrease your health worries and concerns.

Ottery Tar Barrels

Hosted in Ottery St. Mary, this event is an old custom said to have originated in the 17th century to celebrate the defeat of the Gunpowder Plotters.
