A new collaboration

We’re proud to announce the launch of Devon Mind x Step One – a collaboration between two of Devon’s leading mental health charities – Devon Mind and Step One – to offer more self-help wellbeing courses to more people across Devon.

Devon Mind x Step One has been created in response to the desperate need for mental health services across the county in the wake of the pandemic.

COVID-19 has had a major impact on people’s mental health across the county and for many people, this will be the first time they have looked for help with mental health issues. Devon Mind x Step One offers highly accessible, free to access digital mental health and wellbeing support through a mix of live modular courses, pre-recorded webinars and bite-size briefings and workshops.

Drawing on the resources and specialist knowledge of both charities, Devon Mind x Step One sees the two charities working together to create better outcomes for people across the county, at the time it is needed most.

Courses cover topics such as anxiety, depression, bereavement and change management and everything is free and open to everyone. Click the button below to learn more and get involved.
